Tiffany will be attending the 10th Annual Academy Awards Celebration and Red Carpet. The event is held by the Hollywood Reporter. The event is Sunday, February 22nd and the red carpet opens at 4:15pm PST. Other guests include Akon, DJ AM, Lauren Conrad, Christina Milian, and Amanda Bynes.
